okay, so im deciding to unpublish my story. im feeling kinda pressured leaving those first few chapters published, and leaving them there for a long time. im gonna try focusing on the story more recently, so hopefully i can get some more progress! even if you dont comment on this, or dont even see this, writing this made me feel a lot better <33

hey, it's been a while since i was last here - im sorry for not updating my story as often, i've been thinking about the plot lately and thinking of other ways to write it, though i havent been decisive on it.
          ive been focusing more on art lately because, well, im an artist. sometimes i just get unmotivated with writing because it's not my main hobby. i tend to write better if i have a solid idea/motivation. the story updates will probably never be consistent, since i do more art.
          i'm not going to stop writing my story. i still love it and want to work on it. i still want to share my characters' backstories and draw things about them.
          idk where this post was going, i guess it's just an apology for not clarifying things about when i update stories and what i do when im absent here.

OK - so I'm deciding to change Sophie's name because I'm not satisfied with it. There are two names I've narrowed it down to,  and I'm having trouble choosing between the two. They are:
          Freddi (intentionally spelled like that)
          Kris
          Comment which you like better! I'm taking votes compiled from my other socials

I'm really hyped to see the new Damien video tmrw, might use some of the canon in that video to develop future plots

          regarding my story, children of the lab
          So I've been thinking about my story for a while, and honestly I'm not feeling completely satisfied about it. I mean, I feel I have good ideas of where it's going to go in the future, but I feel I havent developed my characters very well.
          This story was sort of a product of me just spewing out ideas that sounded good as they came, and im satisfied with the plot part of this story!
          
          But as a result of that, I feel I havent taken the time to create deeper emotions between characters and between you, the reader, and how you feel about them.
          So I feel like I need to get my ideas out first, and then build from a basic plot to something more meaningful. Dont worry, I'm not going to stop or unpublish this story, but if I decide to do this, I'm planning to finish the story, while keeping it published, then put it under MAJOR editing to get the emotions I want through the story.
          Basically I'm laying down a basic plot to work some emotion off of. (Idk if that made any sense)
          Honestly I'm proud of this story it's probably the first I've ever put more effort into, instead of just thinking of it. But I feel I can make it better than it is now!
          
          Please, comment what you think about this! I'd appreciate any HONEST feedback about my story. If there's anything you think I could do better, or something to add to the story, please let me know! Id really appreciate it!
