           But seriously, I hope you guys are enjoying What Really Matters (if you're reading it) even though I don't upload very often. Yeah, it has a strange plot that seems all over the place, but trust me, it's all part of the plan. I hope.

Ahh, finally! Some spice, intrigue, and mystery are released in the newest addition to What Really Matters with a new character introduction! I'm honestly really excited to see where this goes, and I hope anyone who reads it and follows its progression will be just as excited to see the story unfold.

Alright guys, so I've finally found a couple story ideas to write about for Wattpad, and one of them already has four published parts with more on the way. The other is currently in development as I write it out on paper to get a good idea of how it will flow, so be ready for the first part to drop within the month. But as for the first story, go check it out! It's called What Really Matters, and I have enough going on so far that I thought you guys might like to read it and follow its progression!

Well people. . . I don't think I made The Wattys longlist, which was my goal for The Marked and the entire reason I started writing it on here. However, I'm not as disappointed as I thought I'd be, and I think that's because I accomplished much more than placing on the list.
          I got to talk with some really cool authors and poets on here that I never would have met otherwise, and I was able to share characters like Ryan with everyone who read the book, so I feel pretty accomplished.
          I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who read the book, and especially to those who I got to talk to and have awesome conversations with.
          Maybe I'll meet you on here again sometime. . . That would be cool. Anyway, congratulations to all those who did make it, and I can't wait to see who wins!

So I know that if you're a fan of The Marked this is going to be hard to hear, but I just don't feel very inspired lately to continue the story. It could be just because I'm working a lot now on another book, and with school coming soon I'll have a full plate. So, as of this moment right now, I'm kinda putting a stall on continuing the story. I'm sorry if you were reading and getting really into it, but I just don't have the drive at the moment to update it. I hope that you all enjoyed it while it lasted, and that you don't hate me too much.

Okay, so I know that I missed my upload schedule yesterday by not publishing a new chapter to The Marked, but I have a good excuse! I worked all day yesterday to finish the second book of The Vanguard series, writing three chapters and the Acknowledgements section. I'll try to get that chapter out later today, and I'm sorry that I missed my update!
          

So, I have not died or gone missing, just been busy. I've set a schedule to have one chapter for The Marked published per week, so hopefully tomorrow you'll have an update! I've been trying really hard to get the second book of The Vanguard Series finished because it can actually earn me money, which is necessary for life. I'm thinking about setting a challenge for you guys so that if I get like fifty bucks or something on my Patreon account I'll bump up the schedule to two chapters a week. Who knows, maybe that'll be a thing?
