I'm Adalaid, but my friends call me Adie. I'm a writer, a poet, and an artist.

Writing is my passion, and I will scream if my words are not loud enough. I speak with a quivering voice because my subject is important. I will speak with my eyes closed, tears running down my cheeks, if I can make someone else feel the passion in their heart, if I can connect to a reader on a level that most can't. 

My goal as a writer is to bring out that passion in each of my readers, to give my readers the emotions my characters feel. There are those who hide behind the pages they read, and I want them to know that letting go is okay.
