It's very illegal to make a student do this I'm a sophomore at high schools haven't had to deal with this ever. But I understand why u would be upset especially if they didn't send a notice to ur parents about this and even if they did ur parents clearly are not ok with this. so I advise you to tell them that ur not going to follow with what they want from u and that it's illegal for them to force or to put there hands on u so just don't do it and firmly tell them "NO".
I NEED ADVICE/HELP! As of yesterday, I'm a freshman. (AKA 9th grader) My school has started random drug testing, pulling randomly picked students from all grades two to three times a month. My parents have told me, no matter what, never to go along with it and to fight them. How do I fight grown men?! Not only this, but it would land me in ISS. I started doing some research, and I found out that it's actually /ILLEGAL/ to test students without suspicion in my state, but they still are and no one is speaking up about it but me. I was telling my friends about this, saying they had no right to randomly test us like that. They followed with, "Well, you don't have any rights in school so..." I know this, but it is clearly stated that it is illegal in my state and I can't do anything by myself. I haven't talked to my parents about my discovery, and don't want to start a huge scene with this so- WHAT DO I FREAKING DO?!

Thank you thank you all for the help! I've informed my parents and my father simply stated, "Oh hell no." I can predict the school will get a VERY angry visit from him if I get forced to do something like this. @RemiTHeSkeleton The principal and vice principal are doing the testing, and are accompanied by two male officers. @Jojopotatowedge I will be sure to state my rights, as my father has looked into this and has found that it is in fact illegal to do this kind of thing without parental permission and signature in my state.

Ok so next weekend is my sister’s birthday and my dad is working on hooking up a new plug-in for the pool so it’ll be clear by then. Today we all went to a new shaved ice place as a family, and then my dad went and got the karaoke machine for next weekend. Anyways, while he did that, my moTHER TOOK ME SWIMSUIT SHOPPING AND I FOUND THE CUTEST LITTLE BIKINI EVER THAT I DIDN’T FEEL DYSPHORIC OR UNCOMFY IN BUT IT DIDN’T FIT AND IT WAS THE CLOSEST SIZE TO MINE SO I TRIED ON A BLACK ONE PIECE WITH FLOWERS ON THE TOP OF IT AND IT'S SOOOOOOO FREAKING CUUUUUUTTTTTTTTEEE. IT MAKES ME LOOK THINNER CUZ IT’S BLACK, AND IT SHOWS OFF MY GOOD FEATURES, PLUS THE FLOWER COLORS LOOK AMAZING ON ME IF I DO SAY SO MYSELF! IT’S KINDA LOW-CUT WHICH I DON'T MIND BUT I DON'T FEEL LIKE BEING CATCALLED ANYMORE THAN I ALREADY AM. (THIS IS NOT ME FLEXING SO DON'T TAKE IT THAT WAY!) BUT YEAH. MY MOTHER IS GONNA STITCH IT CLOSED SOME SO IT ISN’T AS REVEALING AND I'M SO EXCITED TO WEAR IIIIIIIIITTT!!!!!!!! I've NEVER BEEN THIS EXCITED FOR SUMMER(even though it's half over) !!!!!!!
OH! AND THE SHAVED ICE GUY WAS LOWKEY KINDA CUTE! (In a friendly way, not romantic or sexual!) He looked super depressed though, and it made me want to hug him so bad… He was like- maybe 17 or 18 though, so it would’ve been awkward due to the age gap. (I'm 14) Besides, we’re complete strangers lmao. My dad opened the door to the little building to watch him work and the guy just stared at him it was fucking hilarious but I feel so bad for him... I've lost more than just my motivation. I've lost my will to live. I relapsed, I don't feel like eating anymore, I don't want to speak to anyone ever again. I just want to rot alone like I deserve. Why? I just lost my cat, Peanut. She was the sweetest thing, and because I was too ignorant to take her cries this morning as more than "Let me out mom" and as "I'm dying", she passed... I didn't even fucking realize until and hour ago, when I realized she's been too quiet. I do this every time. It always fucking happens! Something always happens to my pets, my family, and my friends. It's always my fault, and it makes me feel like absolute shit that I can't even bring myself to cry over it anymore...

@AddSomeEdge I am so sorry for your loss, I had to put my older dog to sleep a couple days ago and it broke my heart. it's normal to feel guilt, and sadness when you lose your best friend. So Instead of feeling those things think about all the Happy things, like all amazing memories you've made with her, the silly things she did and most importantly think of where she is now, she's in a better place. Shes not in pain, she's up there playing with all the other animals who have passed. Most importantly she is watching down on you, she knows how much she meant to you and she's gonna be with you every step of the way. And by no means does she blame you for what happened. All she remembers is the love you gave her and all the fun times you've have. Even tho you can't see her she will always be with you, believe that ❤️
