A year ago, I posted the very first chapter of this story, unsure of how it would be received. I just knew I wanted to try writing something honest and layered, a story about the messy parts of love, the quiet strength of friendship, and the long, winding paths we take to heal.
And here we are, 19 chapters in, countless feelings and one giant leap in genre later — and it still amazes me how much this little story has resonated with so many of you. Thank you for every read, every comment, every scream in my DMs, every kind message. You’ve turned this Fic into more than just a project — it’s a home I keep coming back to.
