Currently live in Kuala Lumpur for more than 20years in a small family with husband & 3 teenagers. 2boys & a girl.

I was diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure & high cholesterol. Which is I've to take a medication every day. Regular appointment with my doctors every 6 months will do.
