Life ka itna stress mat lena aur bass ek chiz dimag me rakhna ki "Zindagi bheekh me nahi milti, badh kar chheenna parta hai. Zindagi nhi badalti, nazariya badalna parta hai".
Aur ek aur baat, humari life me kya chiz kaise ho rahi hai ya hum kya feel kar rahein hain yeh humare aas paas ke logon par aur humari soch par nirbhar karta hai. Toh isiliye iss saal sab milke mere saath resolution lo ki "Hum apne life se toxic logon ko cut off karenge chaahe vo insaan koi bhi ho". Maybe kuch ke best friends, kuch ke parents, kisi ke partner ya fir kisi ke siblings, jo bhi tumhare life me toxic hai usko duur karo. Kyunki vo log aapke life me kuch achha toh add kar nhi rhe, naa khushiyaan, na success, na pyaar, na smiles, na sukoon, kuch bhi nhi. Toh kya fayda unko life ka hissa bana ke?
Aur isse bhi jyada, khudke dimag me negative thoughts mat laao aur na hi overthink karo. Overthinking insaan ko andar se khaa jata h.
And lastly, ek chiz yaad rakhna, "Life se nahi larna hota, life toh khubsurat hoti hai. Larna toh musibaton se hota hai. Life se toh pyaar kiya jata hai".
