To adopt all you have to do is fill out a form.

PM and tell me which child you want to adopt and then fill out the form:

Spouse/Partner?:
Adopting for: ( relationship/child etc. ;)
*Why you want to adopt that particular child:
*Do you have any children already?:

If I have any further questions I will not hesitate to ask.
I will decide if you are fit to care for the child of your choice
I'm not a very judgy person -shrugs- You'll probably get the child you want
