D. Gray-Man Manga Relaunches in New Jump Square Crown Magazine
This year's August issue of Shueisha's Jump Square magazine announced on Saturday that a new quarterly magazine, titled Jump Square Crown will launch on July 17. The new magazine will publish Katsura Hoshino's D.Gray-man
Hoshino originally launched the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2004, but the manga went on hiatus numerous times due to the author's health. The series then resumed in Jump Square magazine in 2009. The manga's latest hiatus .has been ongoing since 2013
Hoshino's D.Gray-man manga is set in an alternative fantasy version of the early 20th century and revolves around Allen Walker, a young man who becomes an exorcist for a group called the Black Order. The group attempts to protect mankind from the evil Millennium Earl. Viz Media released the 23rd volume of the manga last December. Funimation released the anime adaptation on Blu-ray and DVD in North .America
The new magazine will also run a one-shots by Ryōsuke Kataoka (Boku no Manga) .and new artists. The magazine will include a To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness poster
