So for the people confused, an angel helped William after his body died out on him, he brought him back to life, William is immortal but the science and the chemicals his body went through was enough to remove that immorality from him. The angel gave him a mortal life as he came back to life and since William is pregnant again, after he gives birth he will be at peace and die finally. But.. there is always a plot twist so it’s either he won’t or .. (not spoiling it as yet)
