Melissa Howells lives with her husband and cat Shady Lady (sorry no extra points for guessing the furry feline's colour) in Vancouver, BC. Other than reading and sipping tea she enjoys crocheting, paper cutting, playing video games (poorly) and cooing over tadpoles and jellyfish. But most of her spare time and energy is devoted to writing. Writing is the only way she knows to exorcise the flow of ideas, it's that or explode and she's afraid what the impact of so many ideas would be on an unsuspecting populous.
