What should I do now  because Wattpad help centre is not helping me

Hey everyone I hope you all remember me so I have been facing issues on Wattpad from last Saturday 
          
          Like I am not able to see any notification it shows no notification yet, I am not able to see my 8 written stories and there drafts it shows no written Stories yet and drats I am having 60+ stories in my library but now it shows empty 
          
          I have done my best to connect with Wattpad support through their help centre and g mail but for my initial 2 mails they reply that my issue has been resolved so I must have checked the Wattpad app properly and not disturb Wattpad support but as my issue didn't resolved so I again connect with them  
          
          Which result is they  automatically  deleted my mails and I guess they also block me because before writing this post I did mail them but the same thing happened my sent mail got vanished .

Right now I am thinking about alot of things ..... Good and bad both .... I don't know why but I am feeling sad .
          
          An thought come in my mind and i want to share it ....
          
          " Idol type " , what is this idol type ?? 
          
          We all say this right ..that my idol type is this ... My idol type gonna be this :- long hair , short hair , big doe eyes , single eye lide ,double eye lide ,chubby ,slime , 36-24-36, fair skir ,dark skin , curly hair , straight hairs , natural beauty, weight should be this , or height should be this , long legs , short legs  and many more ...
          
          But the main question is who derived this word " idol type" and why ...
          
          Is that person know the consequences
          
          And is simple we our ownself originated this word after some time in our life's without even knowing the consequences 
          
          You know if we do not get our idol type man or women we start getting dissatisfied , because somehow we made an un-existing expectation...
          
          We disrespect the people we have got ...
          
          I am not getting the words to describe it properly and my feelings .......
