This takes place during Harry's 6th year at Hogwarts. Dumbledore has already died. All the students have left the school for  summer Vacation. And snape has not become headmaster yet. 
Lord Voldemort sits in front of the fireplace sipping a glass of blood red wine. Seemingly satisfied with current events when the fireplace rings with a unknown call.
