Does anyone ever feel so dang depressed with those around them? And like when you go to help others it affects you in a way that they don’t even see? Depression itself sucks so when others say just try not to think about it they don’t realize that you literally can’t stop thinking about it because no matter what those feelings just return and eat away at you. *sigh* mini rant over for now I guess. Hope you guys are having a better time.

@Shizake19 I’ve had two anxiety panic attacks while I was working at my old job I was working too much. Almost 60 hours a week. I had already told them I didn’t like it cause it was killing me. My stomach was hurting so bad by then that I was going to go to the hospital if I had to.
