I've reworked it and added in additional scenes and will be doing so for the next few as well. I am also still updating current chapters and the next one should be with you all soon.

Hey Guys, hope you're all doing well. Sorry I've been MIA for a while, I've been through a bit of a traumatic event recently and I've not had the time or had the inspiration to write. I'm going to try my best to start again as I really want to be able to finish this book soon. I still have some great ideas, and I'd hate for you not to ever get to hear them. Thanks to all those still here, who have always been so supportive. Hope to have a new chapter up soon.

Happy New Year to my wonderful followers! I hope this year is better for each and every single one of you and is filled with love, happiness and all things good. 2020 was honestly brutal and even as a new wave of Covid hits South Africa, the UK and many other parts of the world, I hope we can all be strong and get through this together (whilst social distancing of course!) 
          
          I'm sorry for my absence, but as we learnt last year, sh!t happens and sometimes we don't get the time or aren't in the right frame of mind to do the things we love to do- like writing or reading for that matter.  As it's a new year, I have worked so so hard to get a chapter ready for you all. I had started writing this chapter some months ago and to be honest, I hated it, it seemed like such a filler- so I scrapped the whole thing and began re writing it yesterday. I've still not finished the chapter but I've decided to split it into 2 chapters, 1 tonight and part 2 tomorrow. I do hope you enjoy it.
          
          Thank you all for the love and continued support. I hope you are all safe wherever you live and that you are taking care of both your physical and mental health. If life doesn't get in the way, I hope to be more active on here! Can't wait to get this story back on track and hopefully manage to finish it this year.
          
          I will also be taking the time to reply to my messages and comments as soon as I get tonight's chapter up. I have missed you all dearly and would love to hear how you are doing. Pop a comment down below about your goals for 2021, and how you and your country are doing in this strange time. I will get back to you all.

It's been way too long my lovely friends. 2020 is proving to be one of the toughest years yet. Soon after my last chapter was published, my best friend's dad was diagnosed with cancer. I've spent the last few months trying to support her, despite not being able to travel across the country to physically be there with her. Unfortunately her dad passed away last month, which has really hit hard, especially when this year has already taken away so much happiness from so many people. Over the last few months, my mind has been so focused and occupied on being a good friend and in times like this, it's what so many people need. 
          I've for obvious reasons not been in the frame of mind to read or write over the last few months- a mind full of anxiety and sadness doesn't usually translate well into the type of story I strive DD to be. That being said, I am feeling much more relaxed and am in a better place mentally after taking the appropriate time to heal from the heartache that the last few months has brought on. I've been gone for quite some time, so I completely understand if some of my readers are no longer interested in my story, however, those who are still on the bandwagon-thank you from the bottom of my heart, the roller coaster is about to begin again. I'm currently working on the next chapter. It's a cute one, I promise!
          
          Enough about myself, how are all you wonderful people doing? I would love if you could pop a comment below letting me know how you are. I have missed hearing from you all more than you know. 
          
          I cannot wait to catch up on my favourite stories and I certainly cannot wait for my new chapter to be out and to hear what you all think.  Feel free to let me know if there is anything specific you look forward to seeing in upcoming chapters and I will do my best to incorporate it. Hey my wonderful friends I have thoroughly missed you all! I'm so sorry for the ridiculously long absence. Unfortunately just a seasonal cold mixed with terribly timed sinusitis left my head ringing for weeks, not wanting to read or write a word, and when I was finally ready to come back, I was locked out of my account. After another few busy weeks and hoping my account would fix itself, I finally managed to sort everything out a couple days ago. I was so worried my story would be lost forever and the first thing I did when I was back into my account was to make a backup of my story. I don't know about any of you, but I have been having quite a few problems with my app not loading and a couple technical glitches- if anyone has been having the same problems please let me know. 
          
          Anyway, Chapter 61 was written soon after the last but I wasn't happy with it and have begun to rewrite it. I can guarantee you will love this one, it's quite a soft, cute one. I'm working really hard to have it out to you all by Sunday. 
          
          As always thank you all so much for the continued support, you are all amazing. I hope you are all staying as safe as can be. I look forward to catching up on some of my favourite stories by some of my favourite writers as well as hearing from you all again! Feel free to let me know how you are doing down below and what you are looking forward to seeing in upcoming chapters!
