          	I have returned with a 9k word version of The Creek from Lil's perspective in my unending attempt to figure out what to do with her character. It's currently in my EHPA: A Guide book, and it's a bit different from the original, so please check it out! 
          	
          	Thank you all for continuing to read while I have been very inconsistent lol. Now that this one's done, I will be circling back to the For The Better rewrite to finish it up, and then will be doing some more work with Lil as I get started on the rewrite of Thin As Water!

The Creek (Lil's Version) is almost done, btw. I think I might post the full version, and then chop it up and sprinkle it throughout somewhere only we know

Current struggle of my life: Skie is the character that i've given the most consistent internal monologue to, so now that I'm giving Lil one as well I have to backtrack through everything I write to make sure she isn't saying things Skie would say

Hello everyone!
          The very long one shot I was working on is finally out in my Tales book! It's called After East Hill: The Psychology of Discipline and it's very weird and different but I think that some of y'all will still enjoy it!

The main reason that For Forever is on hiatus right now is because, while Hazel, Raven, and Skie are easy to write and have a clear story, Lil and Daisy are proving to be very difficult. I think that’s mainly because Skie and Rave originally appeared in longer stories, while Dai and Lil were always short story characters, so their personalities were very situational rather than fleshed out.

Just reread For Good and I might update a few of the first chapters but it’s absolutely my favorite book I’ve written, I think. It’s certainly the best in terms of plot structure, anyway.

The one issue with it is that it used a Lot of the themes that I should have used in FTW and TAW but wasn’t able to pull off yet as a writer, but now that I’m rewriting those two stories I’m having to change quite a few things around. Especially in TAW, that book is a blight upon my life currently lmao

Currently rewriting Creek and Take Me Instead from Lil's perspective, I might post the full thing at some point but will probably use some of it for flashbacks first when I redo Thin As Water

@TSPR810 No you're good! I absolutely love that you care about my characters so much!! I don't know if it would end up being canon but if I come up with a fun idea for it I'll def write it!

@AkiHaze I was thinking of something where Hazel gets in actual big trouble, (Ik uncharacteristic for her) maybe during her final year and that is when we see her parents. I am sorry if I am being an ass, it is just my stupid neurodivergent brain doesn't know how to stop thinking. 
            Waiting excitedly for whatever you write next :)

@TSPR810 I've considered writing something with them but Hazel started so much as a self insert that it would be weird to write parents who are essentially fictionalized versions of my own parents LOL. Her parents are good though, I promise!

whenever I rewrite TAW i need to give Skie something to do because regardless of how we leave off in FTB it really doesn't make sense for her to be the next head girl

By this I mean we need her to be more confident in herself (at least a bit) because head girls are supposed to have leadership potential or whatever and that’s not necessarily who Skie is as a person. It would make far more sense for Hannah or Dani to do it and honestly at this rate Skie is absolutely chosen by Hazel having too much influence LOL. Don’t get me wrong I think Skie is a great head girl but she needs to prove that a bit.
