Hello everyone. Aki here. Apparently, there were a few but big things that happened in the past year and to tell you the truth they're not even good.
1. Publishing of Stoicheion was put on hold because of a lack of funds. So I needed to find a way to earn money.
2. Because I focused on looking for ways to earn money, I thought I should find a work since I'm already in my 20s and I needed to also help in providing for the family which brought my focus from writing to landing a job, and because of that...
3. I lost my will to write. I tried writing but then I kept disappointing myself because the things I was able to write were mediocre.
However, it's a good thing that I have found friends who encouraged me to write poems and it somehow worked. We've garnered followers and now we are pushing ourselves to publish more. It's written in my native language so I can't share it with you anyway, you guys might not understand it.
AND SO FROM THAT, I am now back in business. I have found a job and will save up money to publish a book, aside from a business I'm trying to establish.
I have edited "Once There Was Us" from Filipino to English. I believe it would attract more attention if I write it in English since the title was also English.
And I also plan on making short stories, to at least make it up to myself and to some people who followed me. I want to continue to develop and improve myself so I can create a story that everyone will enjoy.
Lastly, the Stoicheion series will be back. The plot was already made back on June 1, 2016.
Arvin and the gang had to wait on where their life and adventure will go for four years. And now, we're going to continue it!
And with that, I hope and pray that I will be able to finish what I have started and share it with you the stories that I have been longing to share with you!
