Dead Account moved to Qoutev

Reason?  : Some people decided to start drama over their Account being taken down for Violating Guidelines the only reason I reported them was for Haressing me one to many times when I actually was able to get mad and most importantly they Violated guidelines for no Ranchy behavior at all
