Here is one of my ideas: when Alastor’s daughter (I forgot her name) is older she would have snake fangs and when she would say the letter “s” she would make it long like how a snake would and when she would be angry she would bare her fangs,

That's OK, its also kinda similar to the story piece by piece, but izuku makes a new eye and arm and a brace for his back, but doesn't create Liz
