Life update:
          
          -Bruh my BONES
          -I'm officially down to one(1) living grandparent (everyone cheer I outlived one of my abusers)
          -Joined a writing group :D it's great and everyone's super encouraging, also I might be everyone's favorite
          -Officially 23 years old which is horrifying what the fuck
          -I'm finally on medication for my heart problems five years after they started, still dunno what's wrong but it's something
          -Im trying desperately to get my other health problems checked, taken care of, and et cetera
          
          Unfortunately, I'm having a tough time of it getting doctors to listen to me and run the tests they need to run, but even though it's slow I am making progress. Y'all are watching a bitch in his self-advocacy era

Eh sounds about time for a life update
          
          -Ya boi has a romantic partner! 
          -I also got a new job that is also paying me extremely well and putting money into getting me proper training
          -me and my roommate adopted two cats last summer, one has since passed but the other stays up to no good
          -my adventures in DID continue 
          -my tics have become extremely manageable and I hardly ever have them anymore
          
          Life's been good to me lately. I have friends. I have a partner. It's been hard and stressful but. I've spent a lot of time thinking about how I almost didn't get here. And I wonder how 12-year-old me would react to this. And I'm eternally thankful that she chose to hang on and keep hoping for it to get better for ten brutal years. It did get better <3

          You are one of my favorite writers and your story "Eyes of Violet" has inspired me to become a writer. I may not be as good of a writer as you may be but I hope to be someday. Thank you for writing and thank you for becoming one of my biggest inspirations to write my own books.

When angels sin, they do not receive the same pleasure humans do. Humans get to receive the forgiveness of their "loving" God, and continue sinning as though it never happened. When an angel sins, a feather from their wings will become stained black. To be forgiven, the feather must be plucked by God, never to grow back.
          It would stand to reason, then, that an angel with thoroughly black wings, still bearing the full weight of all their feathers, must have done something drastically wrong, that God would not even give them the dignity of walking around with naked wings.
          Or perhaps they rejected God's "forgiveness" themselves.

I totally have only been updating my discord so here's the latest:
          -I have officially been promoted to supervisor at my barista job! It's going fairly well but y'know it's a ski resort so winter is hell
          -After losing my paternal grandfather last winter, my maternal grandfather passed away just a few days ago. This one's been a bit rougher on me, as I was very close with him, but I'm at least happy that he's not in pain for the first time in many MANY years
          -I have been living on my own for just over three months with my best friend, that's been a whole adventure
          -I started self-medicating my anxiety with CBD and it's working
          -on the topic of mental health, I will *probably* be posting shortly with a brief explanation of something I discovered back in 2020 but am just now becoming open about
          
          It's been a rough bit but one hell of a bit and I'm glad to be here for it

Quick little update: 
          I'm officially going to be moving out on my own on Saturday! I'm not sure what that spells for my writing yet but at least I'll be out of the shitshow of my parent's house
          BUT I only have one more chapter of EoV to write (167, 168, and 170 are ready to go as soon as I have time to post them) so there's that
