I've not been online in a long time. For a while, life got in the way. Now that I've broken up for 6 weeks, I'm hoping that I can get back into writing. It may be to finish what I started or to start something completely new. Who knows? I just know I've missed it.

This week has been a slow one regarding writing: the dreaded O has been into school (if you know, you know) so my anxiety has been through the roof! Hoping to return to writing this weekend and post a couple more chapters.

To say my NY resolution was to write a book by December (roughly 2 chapters a month maybe), I'm not doing too badly.

11 chapters and counting. I got this.

9 parts of my very new fiction journey are available now!

This story will be updated weekly.

This is my New Year's Resolution: to write a book.

Publishers aren't even factoring into any ideas at the minute. Solely finishing a novel is a task enough!

Working full time as a teacher and having a 3-year-old is job enough, so if I can get this completed, I will feel over the moon!

          All feedback is welcome :)

Does anyone else go through phases of non-stop writing, and then it all dries up? Asking for a friend...

As a teacher, I'm always writing stories and descriptions 'on the spot', however, it's always been linked to a mark scheme or exam board. It's nice to just write for myself for once. I'm very new to Wattpad and online writing so be patient and forgiving! I welcome feedback on my latest novel.
