I think the reason I've been stalling on the next chapter is because I'm revealing a little bit of her backstory. Since I don't have everything written down its been a little difficult to get my thoughts organized. I'm hoping (fingers crossed) the next chapter should be out by the end of October, maybe early November.

I'm eventually, down the road, going to go more into Rose's backstory. I just realized I don't have it all written down. Right now I'm trying to get everything together and after a few rough patches I think its finally all coming together. Going to stop for tonight though. Been thinking long and hard about and now my head hurts :3

Got the dreaded blue screen of death. Freaked out so much that I didn't figure out the reason. System restored it but now Im afraid to turn my computer back on.

Vacation started and I'm going to try and get the next chapter out. As soon as I breeze past the part I'm stuck on, it should be smooth sailing through the rest of it. Fingers crossed :D

I've been having so many ideas for my story swimming around in my head making it hard to focus on only one thing. I don't have much time to write all of my thoughts down because of work. I'm hoping that on the vacation that I'm planning on taking at the beginning of July I can get the rest of the next chapter done. More than halfway through with it but I'm stuck at this one part. Now I have even more ideas for another one shot I’ve had the urge to write after watching the new animatics of the next Helluva boss short so there’s even more ideas. I’m not sure how much more my brain can hold until it just shuts down.

I finally found a design for Cain, the last band member for my Hazbin Hotel story. It wasn't what I had in my head, not a custom but a premade design, but once I saw him I knew he would be perfect.  I really want to get him and his brother Abel into an art piece but the person I get most of my commissions of those types don't have theirs open. I asked to be informed of when they open again but I don't even know when that will be. Hopefully it'll be before I get to the chapter that I introduce them in.

I want a Husk plush doll that I found but I can't buy it till next week and by that time it should be gone :( At least until they make a new one. Just got my Angel Dust and Alastor plushes in the mail this week so that was pretty exciting :D

I finally sat down and did some necessary edits. I changed Rose's cat form to something different and a short conversation in chapter three I wanted to add something to make it flow better. My next objective is to finish the next chapter. The reason its taken me so long to do things is because of the corona virus. I'm an essential worker so I've been working a lot. I'm hoping soon it'll slow down and I can have more time but we'll see.

The new cat-like body that I want to replace Rose's old one will add more credence to her first assumption that she's in a dream than the one I had before. because its actually something that would be from the time she came from. Probably will edit the first chapter when I get home from work tomorrow.

The next chapter is mostly just some backstory for Rose  so you can know more about her since the last couple chapters where just story set up.
