I fucking hate my body, not even kidding every time I see my reflection I just feel like that’s not me at all, it feels like I’m looking at a different person, I’d rather have a body that is fucking dying but looks a bit more appealing to me rather than this one.

I cannot stand the thought of being lonely anymore, whenever I even think about it my throat tightens, my chest starts to hurt and my eyes get watery, i want to cry but I can’t for some reason. Sadly I have to eat up that feeling anyways since I’m not confident enough to tell anyone about it

My chest feels heavy, my throat keeps getting tighter, I don’t think this is a heart attack nor an allergic reaction, maybe I’m just having some kind of panic attack of sorts?… I don’t even know anymore.
