hello there ❤️ i’ve decided to update my username across all platforms to Alessia L. Reyes (@alessialreyes).
          
          ArchiveOfTheUnknown will remain my username on Pinterest, but everywhere else you’ll find me under this name moving forward. i’m continuing all of my current works and—fingers crossed—bringing some original projects into the world too. this change is about stepping more fully into feeling like a real author.

          Goodbye You will be returning very soon. i want to be transparent and say that i felt a little discouraged after the last chapter—specifically with some of the Garreth hate. i know Sebastian Sallow holds a special place in a lot of hearts (he does in mine too), but this story is a slow burn. if everything happened all at once, there wouldn’t be much of a journey left. because of that discouragement, i’ve been holding onto the next chapter for a bit—but i promise it’s coming, and it’s entirely from Sebastian’s pov.
          
          secondly, Tomorrow will be completed, even though it’s landing a little after Christmas. i’d actually finished the entire piece, but word didn’t save my files and i lost it all (yes, i cried). my new goal is to have it finished by new year’s day.
          
          lastly, i’m currently sick, so please bear with me ❤️ i’m doing the best i can with the energy i have. thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and support—it truly means more than you know.

i’m so excited to finally share the start of my new short story, Tomorrow. it’s a 10-chapter wizarding retelling inspired by Annie, set in 1904 New York City.
          
          chapter one is up. updates will be coming regularly since it’s almost Christmas and because it’s a short story, everything moves fairly quickly.

i’m sorry for the delay in the next update. i’m still editing the chapter and want to make sure it’s right before posting. real life caught up with me a bit and i’ve also been working on a christmas short story on the side!! i promise the update will be up by tuesday at the latest, but i’m aiming for saturday or sunday if everything goes smoothly. thank you so much for your patience and kindness—I love you all more than you know ❤️
