Some of the books that have influenced us are Isaac Asimov's Foundation Trilogy and Robots Series, J. R. R. Tolkien's The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter Saga, Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments Saga, Ernest Cline's Ready Player One, Frank Herbert's Dune Saga, H. P. Lovecraft's Call of Cthulhu, Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga, Riordan's Percy Jackson & the Olympians.

The list of movies we really like include Blade Runner, Ready Player One, Alita: Battle Angel, the Harry Potter saga, the 1984 Dune movie, the 2021 Dune movie, the X-Men movies, most of the MCU movies, Katsuhiro Otomo's Akira, Hayao Miyazaki's Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind and all of Studio Ghibli's other amazing productions.

We love the Star Wars original trilogy movies, the Clone Wars animation series, The Mandalorian series and some of the old expanded universe... Mara Jade rulez! And Grand Admiral Thrawn is a badass.

Some of our favorite anime are Cowboy Bebop, Saint Seiya, Card Captor Sakura, Macross Frontier, Stellvia, Saylor Moon, Itazura no Kissu and Clanned.

Yes, we are old time gamers. Just for reference, Alex's first video game was the Atari and he played the first Prince of Persian when it came out in 1989.

We like games such as Ragnarok Online, Skyrim, The Last of Us, the Final Fantasy games, the Zelda games, Star Citizen, Elite Dangerous, the Knights of the Old Republic games, the Halo games and sadly... League of Legends... yes, we play that toxic cancerous unbridled mess of a game... and we love it -coff-we're-addicted-coff-coff...

We are also big tabletop game fans. We have games such as Dice Forge, Arkham Horror, Splendor, Settlers of Catan, Cards Against Humanity, One Night ultimate Werewolf, Mysterium, just to name a few in the huge pile of games we have accumulated over the years.

And we also love playing RPG, mainly D&D and Vampire.
