Centered on John Sigma, following his adventures from an over-protected child of a single mother, through a feral adolescence, to a street-smart attorney/entrepreneur with his own moral code. In these stories, John and his loyal band of misfits demonstrate John's changing attitudes and his battles against wrongdoing, corruption, and injustice in the fictional Lake City.

As John confronts powerful enemies and personal demons, he finds the line between right and wrong increasingly blurred, creating morally complex stories where justice doesn't always follow the law.
