Hey, I have a suggestion for your One Piece story.
I propose that Yorozu is a member of CP9, being from Jabra's group who had a crush on a certain Revolutionary Army agent, Yorozu having killed 101 of them because she liked the number sequence 1-2-4, the "boys" having only killed 23. When Lucci's group would arrive, she would throw herself on him like a Juvia, before attacking him (start of the fight in Chapter 219; The "fight" ends when Yorozu blocks Lucci's kick with a plate of hardened liquid metal.).
Her Power Level would be 1979, being the fourth strongest before Blueno at 820 and after the "Beaster Trio" of CP9 (Lucci at 4000, Kaku at 2200 and Jabra at 2180) and would also possess the Six Powers while having variants. She would have as Devil Fruit the Metal-Metal Fruit (Meta Meta no Mi) that allows Yorozu to control liquid metal, making her a Liquid Metal Human. She would have a crush on Lucci, having the same behavior as with JJK's Sukuna (she wants to teach love to those who don't know it), having fallen under his spell when they were children (where Cipher Pol agents are trained during childhood). She would wear a male uniform but would have, like Gray Fullbuster, the annoying habit of undressing without realizing it, often finding herself without her top (like Cana Alberona's style; she has a swimsuit as underwear and underwear as a swimsuit), but doing it especially when she likes a fight. She would also have a rival relationship with Kalifa, the Soap Human calling her shameless for getting naked all the time while the Liquid Metal Human would call her a tease for wearing fishnet stockings at work to make out that she is the "weakest" of the team, but the two would get along when it comes to teasing Spandam on sexual arasement. She also has the comical side of thinking, with Jabra, that getting a Devil Fruit close to her will make her explode, as well as wanting to prevent Kalifa from becoming stronger like Jabra with Kaku.
@ Troldu-D-Mench Happy New Year! To be honest, while what you wrote there seems pretty interesting, I actually like to stay 2-3 chapters ahead from what I post, so Yorozu's introduction, and the beginning of the fight, is already written. Her dialogue isn't as substantial as yours, but that's because it's only her introduction, and didn't want her to take up the entire spotlight from the other members.
Just so you know, you don't need to come up with anything big for her, since she is a new character, taken from your suggestion, I don't have a bigger plan for her, at least for now. So she'll only appear when the CP9(or 0) also appear.
Also, I don't know exactly what you mean with episode 264 since I haven't watched the anime, and I'm only taking from the manga. And the photo from the link doesn't seem to work.

That's what I was thinking when I said she had Makima's outfit: She would wear Control Devil's big black cloak instead of a kimono when she don't in suit. And as for the rival relationship with Kalifa, I suggest she also talks about Alpha.

@ Troldu-D-Mench True, he would be extremely overpowered, but that's a big part of his character, and it's not like he has to be fought alone, jumping enemies is starting to become more and more common for the Straw Hats in this fic. Plus I don't feel like he'd willingly work for the WG otherwise. It could also add an interesting setting where he could get rid of the control over him, and just be left with absolute overwhelming power and nothing to tie him to this world, which could open up much more paths for him if I go this route.
Are you following the manga or the anime though it doesn’t really matter, I’m just curious…

Only 5? Wow that seems a little small compared to the huge cast of waifus he could get in One Piece.
