          river was being stupid by wearing a short black skirt and crop top with cats ears and the tail,along with the collar.It was for a dance with her friends who wore just leggings and a hoodie.They stood in the middle of the park and river started to dance,they had some cops around them watching to make sure no one did anything stupid to river,two of her friends sung with river as she danced.Once they finished river got some water and sat in the grass.
