ACCEPTING DARKNESS! The books in this series each take place at different points in time and are organized chronologically, but the characters change from story to story—except for one: Cain. He is present in every story. Sometimes he is a hero, sometimes a villain, and sometimes he is quiet or unassuming, somewhere in the background. Each book tells its own independent story. I arranged them this way for myself, to keep things neat and organized, in case someone wants to experience the lore in its full chronological order. However, at the same time, there is an overarching, ongoing narrative that flows through the entire series. As the timeline expands, more books will be added, following different characters, while Cain’s presence and the larger story continue to weave through them all.

Hey, I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to let you know that I finished That Eastern Boy Named Casper, and I genuinely enjoyed it, the pacing, the characters, the storytelling. You’ve always had talent, and it was nice to be reminded of that.
          
          I’ve been carrying a lot of unanswered questions about how things ended between us. From my side, I never did the things I was accused of, and I’m still willing to be transparent and show whatever proof is needed. I truly considered you a friend, and I was always on your side.
          
          What’s been hardest is not knowing what was real and what wasn’t, whether something was misunderstood, whether I misread the friendship, or whether I was taken advantage of without realizing it. I’m not looking for a fight or to reopen anything dramatic. I just want clarity so I can have some peace of mind and finally understand what happened and if you really did consider me a friend.
          
          If you ever feel ready to talk, I’ll listen.
