            As for dystopian stories, none of my current stories are dystopian, but the one I just started to post--Devil's Paradise--starts out with World War III and eight billion deaths, and then jumps forward a couple of years.
            
            Things are working surprisingly well for having just lost 99% of the human race, but then the hero jumps forward in time to a paradise that is absolutely perfect. The only problem is that the post-apocalyptic past would be a much better place to live, and the current situation is his fault.
