          In the new modern Algeria, humanity lives side by side with dragons. The main capital; Dargan city holds the 7 sages; the seven most renowned dragon racers of that era. Cambria is a herbalist in the city and even as the daughter of a retired sage, she has no interest in dragons.
          
          That is until she travels outside to the wastelands in pursue of a rare medicinal herb and stumbles across a dragon with violet, iridescent eyes and a heart of gold. This dragon seems adamant on staying with Cambria and they form an unlikely bond. 
          
          After returning to Dargan city, she befriends a white haired stranger called Arctic. Not only is he the most bizarre character she's ever met, he's also the most skilled dragon racer she's ever seen. Little by little, she gathers trusted friends as everything she knows is challenged. This is all in an effort to stop the dreaded plans of the royals. Something that may wipe dragons out forever. 
          
          Expect a little suspense - a lot of humour - dragons - romance - and one hell of a wild ride.

I just saw your profile page, and YES! I looove TMI (The Mortal Instruments, not Too Much Info. Keep your extra info.) Have you read the other series, TID, TDA, and The Iron Magisterium? And what other books are good? I'm looking for other stuff to read.

I haven't written anything for a long time but today I had to do something in creative writing club and rewrote the meeting for two characters in my book blood red.
          
          also thank you to whoever reviewed my book for @youngadultreads I understand I haven't updated in a very long time and some of things were very much true, the only reason I actually haven't updated looks is because I've been so set on trying to write blood red, and the fact that I just don't have time and don't have any ideas on where the story is going I understand that the story is less likely to be clicked on and as soon as I can I will update because I had it set out to be more than one book I just need an idea on how to update and what will happen, I have been busy and as much as I love writing for the past 6 months to a year I've just been in a total reading and writing slump I just cannot write proper stories to save my life :'( I'll probably be updating more often when I go to uni in my spare time as I am doing creative writing at uni (hopefully) and it would be amazing if i could get those books done and improved by doing this.
          
          In other news I wrote a story poem based on blood red but from mina's pov and it's going to be published in an anthology I'm so happy, because this is always what I have wanted to be noticed and to be a published author! and now considering I have part of my story to do with blood red out (though it is separate) i'm hoping more than anything that i'll get my retelling done and published maybe and maybe even looks.
          
          I'm dragging on but I just wanted to say thank you for the review because i'm glad you like the book and you think that the title is catchy etc. and hopefully i'll get back to it soon because i'll probably have more time once my exams are done and i'm officially out of college for good and going to uni (fingers crossed)
          
          I might also update the meeting that I wrote in the chapter to see if you guys like it but i'm not sure.

Comment below fairytales I haven't done yet because I'm going to write short stories to do with different fairytale retellings, I'll make it as good as possible.
