Alfonso D. Grau

Alfonso D. Grau (born Diego Alfonso Rodriguez in Caracas, Venezuela) is a writer and creative producer and the founder of Beyond Horizon Media, a storytelling studio focused on immersive worlds and original narratives.

After moving to the United States in 2008, he earned a degree in Film and Television Production from The University of Texas at Austin. His creative work has included collaborations with studios such as NBCUniversal, Warner Bros. (Night of the Animated Dead), 3Pas Studios, and Encantos Media, where he contributed to the award-winning preschool series Canticos. His experiences working in Brussels and Berlin also helped shape his international perspective on storytelling.

He made his literary debut with Las Aventuras de Doña Despiste, a children's book that later appeared in academic collections across Latin America. In 2024, he released The Silly Chronicles of Mrs. Flibbertigibbet, the English adaptation of that story.

He is currently writing the epic fantasy series Chaos's Key, a saga of hidden realms, mythic forces, and the fragile balance between worlds.
