Yo twin is the book ure asking for has a scene where the mc who liked painting painted the love interests tattos cuz he asked her too, with a shitty ending asf (this reminds me of ace omg good fucking bye🥀) I think I read it like back then at the start of my wattpad journey nd since I read so many books I genuinely can't keep track but I do remember some brief scenes especially the tattoo painting part plus ofc the shit ending if this is the book I'll help u look for it

Hey thx for the help!  But unfortunately is not this book. The book is about a girl that moves to a new school with her foster sister, I think, and she doesn’t remember her past but her “ enemy “ knows her since they were little kids and throughout the book he helps her remember. I’m pretty positive that the title was also Winter, but the font was purple and it had a white snake ( sorry for the long reply )

And as if that wasn't already a lot , the therapist's unconventional methods gradually draws them into an intense and intimate tension they didn't anticipate. I really hope you'll give it a chance.
