This started as a Q&A thingy on Facebook. Most of the questions my friends sent me are interesting, and I think it would be fun to bring the writing discourse here in Wattpad as well.

@wremon It doesn’t matter what device you use. I have tried sa laptop, phone, and ipad, and Wattpad keeps making an error of retaining/removing the curly quotes kung kailan niya matipuhan. Pati em dashes lmao That being said, I often use my phone for publishing and the quotation marks don’t revert to straight ones as long as I do the things I mentioned above.

I decided to take a step back from social media for a while last month, and now, I feel like my decision is final. The main reason why I created a writing account on Facebook and Instagram was to promote my writing and reach more people. I loved posting and editing pubmats, but if I’m being honest, it was time-consuming and required a lot of self-discipline on my part.
For now, I am going to transfer and compile my writing-related posts in Facebook here in Wattpad. “Musings of a Mad Writer” is a collection of writing rants and reflections—just me rambling on about stories and the Wattpad community lol

I rewrote the outline for Project Red last week. Halos isang linggo rin akong natengga dahil doon. Luckily, I was able to improve the flow of the plot and solidify the character’s backstories. Cielo and Rojan have my heart at the moment ꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖♡
I also did a Harry Potter marathon while outlining lmao. Grabe iyak ko. Maybe this is a sign to reread the books for the nth time.

I changed my username from Alice_Salvo to AliceSalvo. I just removed the underscore hehe. Originally, wala naman talaga dapat underscore sa username ko, pero when I tried inputting “AliceSalvo”, it showed na taken na siya. After 2 years, I tried again, and voila, hindi na siya taken! Woohoo!

Anyways, share ko lang. I was about to start reviewing na tonight. I sat on my desk, sighed, thinking, ‘Another day has passed and puro schoolworks na naman ang aatupagin’. But then, when I opened Watty, nakita ko lang ’yung congratulatory note sa message board ko, and I was reminded na naka-16k na ang TPE.
