This was an amazing journey and I want to thank you for sticking with me until the very end. I've put a lot of work in this book and I hope it shows through. In exactly two weeks, "Killer Undercover" accomplishes one year since I published its first chapter.
I started writing at the beginning of July 2018. People laughed at me and at the idea of writing a book, especially because English is not my native language, a fact that shows in the older chapters which I intend to edit.
I know Wattpad is a place where people write stories for fun. But I want you to know that the reason I started this book was not to get popular online, get thousands of followers or anything of the sort. If I wanted to do that, I could've participated in a lot of r4r and c4c, advertise my book more, so on and so forth.
I published this book here on Wattpad to get feedback. I wanted people to tell me what's wrong with my book, what are its strongest and lowest points, what are some plot holes that you found. It was never a time-killer for me.
My point is, I started this book with the intent of getting it published and tonight, at midnight, the 30th of September, I finished my first draft.
A lot of things have to be rewritten and a lot of scenes have to be added. This current draft has a number of 65K words. I tried to consistently publish 1K per chapter. Even though this one is slightly larger, I accomplished this, us being currently at Chapter 65.
I don't know when or if I'll ever get published, but this is my dream. To contrary beliefs, I don't want to be a full-time author like most writers on Wattpad, or most published authors. I actually study to be a lawyer.
With pain and joy in my heart, I want to say goodbye to "Killer Undercover."
I'll deeply miss it.
