I'm a mom first, a teacher second, and a lover of books and writing third.  I have always wanted to write the stories that are in my head, but I have never had the time.  With all the time that I have at home currently, I have found it easy to sit after the kids go to bed and write.  I hope that my writing will foster a love of reading in others.  I hated reading until I came across a book by Nora Roberts, I can't remember the title, but after reading that I became addicted.  I read everything now.  

My husband laughs because I will read until the wee hours of the morning if I am truly into a book.  I won't put it down until I either finish it or my eyes blur out and I can't make out the words.
