There are few moments that bring me true happiness with the ability to dismiss my problems. First off, is walking around town during a rainstorm at night, not going to any destination, and not having to be anywhere at any time. Next, is hiking back to a smoldering fire after a long day of fishing and seeing my family in their greatest time of peace— deep sleep. Then, there is relaxing atop my roof in the dead of night during the hot summer, letting my mind wander to whatever place it wants to be. Finally, there is sitting down and knowing that you'll always be close enough to talk with.
