What app do you guys use to make covers for your books. Need help!

A new book is up. I had taken it down before because I never thought it was good. I went through and rewrote some parts and finally built up confidence to republish it. I hope you guys like it!

I wrote so many little bits here and there that I never published cause they just weren’t good enough. I feel like I have no inspiration. I miss writing so much.
