I am a contributing writer to magazines and online sites. When time allows, I am working on a novel set in a fictional town in Mississippi. I have written poetry, and recently wrote a short play for my church that was performed as our Christmas program. I have enjoyed writing since I was 13-14. Sometimes, I don't get to write as much as I'd like to, but I have learned to make the time when I can. As a fiction writer, I prefer writing about the South, Mississippi in particular. I know the South and Mississippi very well.
