@Sam_McGregor haha Texas is usually like that but this year we got ice and such. I enjoyed it immensely. Hot chocolate, marshmallows, walking outside in shorts and tank (okay so I may have had a fever and outside felt great.) Anyhow Merry Christmas! Maybe that should be your next vacation, have a winter Christmas. ;P

@Allgreenjello Ahhh, libraries are just the most amazing places. Even my school one was wonderful (until I found a book they'd somehow managed to stock about snuff movies. Then it was a bit freaky to my 9-year-old self...) I'm so glad that The Fragile Tower reminds you of those books, though. I remember finding Susan Cooper's The Dark is Rising series and it being the best find ever. I love those books to pieces! xxx

That I am.  :)  You are also truly welcome.  You're stories are well written.  They remind me of books, I'd find in the library growing up.  Just spur of the moment finds.  I have such a bad memory for people's names, band names, and book titles, but I do remember those stories and the magic they held.  That library was a treasure.  Was converted from the small town train station, kept its hardwood floors and still had the old card system.  I think it still does actually.  haha.  Bright canary yellow outside.

Merry Christmas! It's been a crazy few months, so I thought I'd drop in and say hello :) 
          
          I'm sort of jealous of you having Christmas in winter. It was 38 degrees here a couple of days ago (about 100 degrees in your crazy American system :P). I ended up sitting in my apartment feeling like I was being cooked in a kiln.
