@SharmayneGriffin Thank you so much, I've read a variety of Jasper books and a lot are wonderful, but I felt they lacked a bit of history on Jasper (though mine isn't a canon backstory). I also wanted the Cullens to feel more human, but still have that...Cullen charm and personality. I really want this book to feel a bit more original with the plot than most and for it to stand out. I love that Athena kinda has her own take on the Cullens and fits in with them, sees more than what everyone else does, and also gives them their privacy to an extent. She's very open and has patience when she can tell someone is deserving, but also doesn't take crap from people when she feels things are going too far. I also love making longer chapters as if it were an actual book, I don't see that so often in books, so I really am putting my love for writing to use in this book.
