Just some backstory to The Crown and the Lighthouse. This started as a way for me the clear my head. I was working 60-70 hours a week in a job that was draining me. So I started typing, I completed this story in December of last year and I had a few friends and family read it. They loved it and said I should let others read this. So I began revising it and posting it here. Where did it come from? Well this is kind of based on my family, and when I typed it out it had all my families names in it. There are still some subtle nods to my family ties on the story. Not characters but locations. I grew up in a strict Christian household and it was hard to come out to my family. My mom has always been supportive as well as my grandmother. Why royalty? Well, there's not many books or stories about gay royals so why not. I do have an idea for a second story and I will be posting a clue in the next couple of chapters next week. I hope that yall are enjoying this as much I liked writing this. I have gotten back into posting and will be posting new chapters every day at 7:30 EST until the end of May and beginning of June. I have a lot of family stuff going on so I will try to schedule ahead but I do not want to make any promises I can not keep. Bless you all and thank you for reading.
