Extremely long post about the comeback because I need to get my feelings out in writing somewhere (sorry, I have a lot of thoughts and emotions). Feel free to pick and choose if you're interested in anything.
1. I'm not gonna say a lot about how much the Odd Eye Circle comeback means to me because (1) I don't think that I can really put it into words and (2) it would be a never ending explanation. So, I'm just going to say that I missed our girls so much, and seeing them smiling and on a stage again finally is the very best early birthday present that I could ever receive. Eight months ago (how tf has it been this long btw) I could have never imagined a comeback, let alone seeing the girls ever again, so my emotions are genuinely everywhere, and I can only be hopeful for the future.
2. The lore in Air Force One????? Like, I've watched the mv probably fifty or so times with great scrutiny, and I still find more references every time?? Thank ya'll big brain Orbits for your service. I was never good at theorizing or understanding the theories, but seeing everyone going crazy over them and reading long threads to try to get my one braincell to accept the information is something that I have missed so so so so dearly. That Heejin odd eye clip and the Converse burning scene especially made me go feral. I screamed so loud when I saw Heejin that I got a sore throat lol.

6. Lucid is a song that I genuinely sobbed to. It felt very much like a fan song that was meant to say, "We know that you've missed us, because we've missed you too. And now, we're here to stay and heal together and come back even stronger."
7. Love Me Like is so seductive and just drew me in on the first listen. I don't even know what to compare it to because it really is so unique. All of their, but especially Kim Lip's, lower registers are insane and so addicting.
8. Lastly, My Secret Playlist, like thousands of Orbits have already said, is insanely Loonatic-coded. The way that we've been craving for a similar song for years and now we finally have it is crazy to me. I also want to say that it sounds more like a Loona song than just an Odd Eye Circle one. Yes, of course it sounds like Loonatic, but let me raise you rendezvous 18.6 y, Ding Ding Dong, and some sort of mix between Colors, Satellite, and Curiosity. I can't explain any of those really, but I find a lot if happiness in knowing that I don't have to give up on hearing songs that sound like Loona anymore.
7. Seriously finally, I'm just really proud of all twelve of the girls. Seeing all of 1/3 being at the showcase, taking pictures all together and Haseul and Heejin making a cake to celebrate OEC made it feel like a weight the size of a house was taken off of my shoulders. I really hope that yyxy is doing well also, and I'm very glad that they-even Hyeju-are still interacting with everyone. I am so very excited for what the rest of the girls have in store for us, and I'm sure that I'll probably be in need of oxygen by the end of it. I can't believe that I can finally say this after so unbelievably long: 달소 달소 가자!!

3. Kim Lip kicking ass!! And in that outfit?? She's insane for that. It's giving Not Friends, and I adored that project, so I hope they have a continuation of that officially. And her doing the lyrics is just the cherry on top of it all.
4. The fits are nuts and reminded me that I'm incredibly not straight. The choreography is great and so Odd Eye Circle with the constant circle position changes. We are truly fucking back. Also, LOONATIC HAS A CHOREO NOW APPARENTLY!! AND CHOERRY MIGHT HAVE CHOREOGRAPHED IT?! AND THEY PERFORMED SWEET CRAZY LOVE AT THE SHOWCASE!! The way that I woke up to so much new information this morning and I still don't think that I've really processed any of it. If I find out that Jinsoul did any A&R stuff with marketing or promotion, I may just cease to exist.
5. Je Ne Sais Quoi is that bitch and is so gay (like, Choerry singing "Lady"??). Dare I say (and I say this extremely lightly), it is up there with Shutdown in terms of lesbian love songs. It's like a more mature version of Uncover and Starlight, and those are some of my favorite predebut b-sides, so I'm living. I can't say much about the choreo, because then I'd have to imagine the girls basically shaking ass and giving us hips that don't lie. It was very very very good to say the least.
I feel like such a bad Orbit because I'm so upset by Yves's decision to go solo. I'm extremely proud of her for making what I'm sure was such a tough choice, but at the same time, I had such high hopes for Loona OT12. Even if it took another two years of hell like these last seven months have been, I would've waited wholeheartedly for it. I just wish that one day, the members can do one last comeback all together and hopefully a goodbye tour. Ha Sooyoung, I love you with my whole entire heart, and I truly hope that you will be happy always ❤️❤️
No, because why the actual fuck do I go through like 100 different emotions watching concert videos back? Like, damn, Loona can make me experience the 5 stages of grief at the same time that I'm singing my lungs out and jumping in happiness. Wtf
@HyeHowAreYa I think a lot like Jinsoul regarding my like talents and performance and stuff, so I understood where she was coming from. But at the same time, I was like no baby, you're so amazing
@HyeHowAreYa Gosh. I can't imagine what that felt like. What broke me with Queendom was when they were talking about it on Weekly Idol. They all seemed so sad when the hosts talked about them getting second. And when Jinsoul cried when her mistake was brought up, I was sobbing at how devastated she looked and how disappointed she was in herself
I just started writing an angsty 2jin police fic with a plot that popped into my head when I read the news about Loona being freed. Weird, I know, but I guess my anger at BBC just inspired me lol. Do we think that I should post it when it's finished?

@HyeHowAreYa The hype is making me nervous lol. But I was thinking "Steal Your Heart" as a title because the whole thing is based around what love can do to you, there's a lot of thievery that goes on, and the killer has a signature that involves hearts (whether you wanna think literally or figuratively is up to you ). What do you think?
