If you want reads, (I know the feeling) I would search the communities.  They have a lot of "share your book" ones, and on those, a lot of people offer to read and do honest comments (such as myself) SOMETIMES in return for things.
          
          My BEST piece of advice to GARUNTEE you'll get good "read-age" is to become a Wattpad regular.  Make some freinds (check out my fans, they're all awesome!) Start some PM conversations, conversations on walls, and if you comment and vote, authors SEE IT.  AAAAND often check your work out.
