What if who led to the death of nuke which was the catalyst for them designed to destroy their planet And when show that they're not invincible Which it happens to be a coincidence that Billy Roberts was nowhere to be found when they resurrected Albert Gaines or why he was never resurrected some point before they came to Earth or when they rewrote reality of Earth Which I like to imagine Dr. Spectrum killed Nuke and even then they were an already unstable team as they became more violent And I imagine that Dr. Spectrum was tricked to the citadel which was a mix of the watchtower And Hall of Justice and fortress of solitude all rolled into one And I imagine Dr. Spectrum was either tricked into being there or he was In the aftermath of a Bata with them both And I imagine that it could be like the death of the Justice League  But unlike Amanda Warren. They didn't contact any galactic community like the United plants, but in marvel the closest thing to that are other empires who would just colonize The squadron's home planet The militaries of the planet probably were the ones in those those holograms whose fighters craft we're battling the squadron not some super villains

Well, it's on villains Wikia but I have my own takes on it To the Squadron Supreme served as superheroes to a distant alien planet presumably for decades or many years And were their mightiest champions and were revered as heroes. Their members consist of Kyle Richmond (Nighthawk), Mark Milton (Hyperion), Princess Zarda (Power Princess), James Sanders (Speed Demon), Billy Roberts (Dr. Spectrum), and Albert Gaines (Nuke). However at an unknown point their behavior slowly started to transition to a considerably more violent nature Although I like to imagine their planet was in chaos and they wanted to bring order at whatever price And took out more than just crime fighting And super villains they tackled poverty, hunger, the environment, and public health. But we're very brutal and their rule had little in the way of compassion for criminals The Squadron have shown lack of concern for law and opted to kill villains And criminals more often, and they also become more demanding and attention seeking, expecting more gratitude and praise for their duties. Eventually the Squadron become corrupt themselves, realizing that it's more fun to gain power and attention yourself than simply letting it happen.
            
            The team begins to believe that they deserve to be treated like gods by their people for what they do, and when their public opposes this and criticizes their change Hyperion attempts to violently attack them. The team is turned into enemies of the planet leading to war and Hyperion being the one to cause many attacks and sieges. The only member of the team opposed to this is Spectrum, who was repeatedly and violently attacked by his teammates who deemed him a weak coward. Having had enough of their world defying them, Nighthawk steals Spectrum's power source, the Power Prism to power a destructive beam that blows the planet up And before that doctor spectrum allied with the former villains turned New heroes of the plant and was their leader for a while during these battles
