I saw the live action Moana movie in theaters, and I was sobbing. It was soooooo good! Like, it was ACTUALLY accurate to the animated movie, the most accurate depiction of animation that Disney has made so far.

@Umbrellagirl27 I think the point is to keep the memory of the film alive. Yes, it's probably mostly for profit, but I think it's fun when they remake an animated movie into live action. Not all of them are good, but personally, I probably have OCD, so if they make a live action movie, I EXPECT it to be the same to the animated version, and if it's NOT the same, I get a little triggered by that. I did think Catherine's singing was amazing, but it didn't feel as powerful as Aui'li's voice (idk how to spell her name rn), and honestly, Catherine's voice always felt flat to me. I didn't see an issue with her hair, I thought everything looked amazing visually.

@Umbrellagirl27 do with the movie (idk why it only send the first bit), but catherines hair was atrocious. She has the most gorgeous natural waves that rlly fit the moana aesthetic, and they gave her a cheap looking wig that looked like it was bought from shein. The movie was basically a scene by scene copy of the original movie, and didnt add anything of value. I understand that ppl could like it just cos its moana, but companies like disney need to stop making cashgrab movies, and work on making new stories and classics that they got theyre name from. Disney should have learned this with snow white. Ill admit, moana had much better production and visual effects. But its moreso abt the premise of repeating the same movies over and over again for money that matters. What happened to the disney that we all knew when we were children. The ones who released beautiful classics we still hold dear in our hearts even till this day. It pains me that this is what they have come to. Im rlly glad that you enjoyed the movie and everyone is entitled to theyre opinion, i just wanted to share mine. I hope everyone has a great day

@AlwaysSnivellus i saw it a while ago, and honestly it wasnt that good. I just think (before i talk about the movie itself) that it was just rlly unnecessary. I dont understand the need for disney and co to keep coming out wt live action movies of theyre greatest hits, especially when the animation of the original was brilliant. We saw this with the snow white movie. I think the only reason companies do things like this is to profit off of nostalgia. Now on to the actual movie. I think acting wise is was a very good movie, based on sets and the overall budget and effort put into it. Vocally, Catherine is a brilliant singer. I think they did her and the overall movie a disservice by (atleast very noticeably in how far ill go) cutting off her vocals at the end of each line. In comparison to the animated moana songs, hers flop in comparison. And thats not me saying that it was Catherine's fault, more so the production team. Also, i know this has nothing to

HOT TOPIC: I hate BLTs. I find them boring. It's two literal pieces of bread with Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato. I hate Tomato. I hate crunchy bread unless it's toast. I don't hate Lettuce, I just don't appreciate it and can live without eating it.

ionlytpwkorktwk

@AlwaysSnivellus that's a fair opinion. I add avocado, purple onions, and the bacon has a homade glaze that I swear my mom took from heaven. My brothers like cheese melted on the bacon for the BLT. I use to like my bread non toasted but now I like both sides toasted and the rest of my family like the bread put on bagel which is 1 side toasted. We all have preferences and i respect everyone's right to like what they like. I also like my bacon extra crispy not burnt but very crunchy.

Do y'all ever get Apocalypse anxiety??? Where you just suddenly start stressing about whether or not you could survive one? Or if you should just... Yanno?

          No? Just me? Oh...

lenaf327

No you’re not alone! I’ve had that anxiety before and go down that rabbit hole lol. Not as frequent now but used to when I watched a bunch of apocalypse movies/shows and I’d think about what I would do

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP using ChatGPT to create stories!!

Using it to create an outline, tropes, plot twists, or even help create a character profile is fine, but if you're just straight using it to write a book, it's going to be FLAT and unoriginal. It will read as AI and won't be as entertaining to read.

I vote on these stories because they're readable and the story is generally not that bad, but it's BORING and lacks emotional depth and tone. It is usually physiological and moral most of the times, and yes, those could make good stories at times, but if it's consistently physiological and moral, it gets FLAT.

PLEASE do NOT use ChatGPT to write your stories!
