What if kageyama kills himself in "Inside (Kagehina)" and then woke up. He was actually in a coma from saving hinata from sucide and and then he noticed that he was in a hospital bed and imaging hinata die, hinata tear up and kageyama hugged him tearing up too and kageyama confess to him right at the spot and hinata says yes and BOOM there you go a happy ending
