I love to write and always have. I think why I wanted to start writing an actual book and really get it published is because of Jeanne Birdsall, author of The Penderwicks. She said what got her writing was that she loved to read, and she wanted to be able to give back and let other people enjoy reading as much as her. She inspired me, and I vowed to write, finish, and publish a story before I died. I was six at the time, and I still haven't forgotten it. Now, here I am, actully doing something about it! .
A lot of my work is science fiction, or fantasy. I'm also fascinated with realistic fiction for teens. This echoes what I read greatly. I guess you can say what I read is what I write. But hey, don't we all write best on what we know? And what we read becomes who we are. I guess that's why I'm trying to write. Because it's a passage way into who that author is. It lets people see into your soul when normally, it is kept hidden.
Side note: I am notoriously flighty. This also shows in my updates. Trust me, I write all the time. Typing? Updating? So yes, millions of story ideas. You just haven't read them yet.
