soooo ummm realizing ive has panic attacks for a lot longer than i thought. so turns out my research previously was wrong and what I thought were anxiety attacks were panic attacks. I  was doing more research and apparently a anxiety attack isnt jst a better version of a panic attack. um so although they have been getting more serious for me recently I have been having mild panic attacks for yrs  
          
          I still have had actual anxiety attacks but not  as often
