Why does Makoto look like Nagito and Hajime’s son.

He probably is, everything adds up, he was probably kidnapped by his ‘family’ shown in the video. They probably changed his last name and convinced him that his last name is ‘Naegi’ when really it’s something else. Komaru also probably isn’t his real sister.
            His real parents would be Nagito and Hajime, but Makoto’s kidnappers might’ve been homophobic so they took him away and then moved to somewhere else. Nagito and Hajime looked everywhere for Makoto but they couldn’t find him so they got the police involved. It wasn’t long after that they proclaimed him dead as Makoto got into Hopes Peak. 
            Nagito and Hajime also got into hopes peak, but due to memory loss, they were convinced that they were younger and weren’t married.
